Workin' through another Wednesday

Love how the lyrics flow in this song, and it contains one of my favorite lines in a song... "man needs something he can hold onto, a nine pound hammer or a woman like you, either one of them things will do..."

Monday Medley

Lucius - their music speaks to my soul.

The passion in their dynamics is beyond compare - and it gets even better when you see them live.

No better way to spend 13:12 of your Monday.

You get two of their originals, and a cover to close (and that's your Monday Medley!)

Worship Wednesday

Been reading a book called "The Case For Grace," by Lee Strobel.  I highly recommend it.

Been learning a lot about grace recently, and here's a song about it.

Hope it has the same impact on you that it did me.  "It's free and more than enough...."

Sad Song Saturday

Here we go with another attempt at blogging!  Hope you can enjoy these general comments on life, music, and whatever in general.

You got a song you want me to listen to?  Let me know!

I have a general intrigue for sad songs, meaning, I like them.
Here is one that I came across a few months back called "Hoot Owl," by Rayland Baxter.  Check him out, he's brilliant.  "Is it death or livin' that scares me the most? Or is it just plain bein' alone?"
It's lyrics like this that attracted me to this masterpiece.

See you next time.
